Watching animals and birds in their natural surroundings is a treat to the eyes for many. Unfortunately, while getting this pleasure, we forget to follow the basic rules and do's & don'ts. Here are some guidelines issued by The Mumbai Zoo:”.
- Do not tease or feed anything to the animals
- Do not pluck flowers or leaves from the zoo
- Keep the premises clean
- Do not smoke inside the zoo
- Playing songs or any other loud music is prohibited inside the zoo
Please read the following instructions before performing any actions:
1. Do not press "Refresh" on your browser OR "F5" key on keyboard, while transaction in progress.
2. Do not close the browser it may terminate the transaction.
3. On completion of the transaction, Please note the transaction number.
The following terms and conditions apply to all online payments made to Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation of (hereinafter 'BMC') for using the online payment facility are requested to please read them carefully before making an online payment.
By using the online payments facility on this portal you accept these terms and conditions;
1. MCGM is only providing a link to the Payment Gateway Service provider which will enable to pay online for Municipal charges.
2. Your payment will take a minimum of two working days to reach the BMC account. You should take this into account when making your payment.
3. All payments will be processed on the information that you provide. BMC will not accept liability if you make a mistake while completing a form or for any other reason outside of BMC's control. You will be given an opportunity to preview the data provided by you.
4. Once the payment has been confirmed online, you will be given a option to download and save the receipt and also the said receipt will be sent through mail to citizen
5. BMC will not accept liability if payment is refused or declined by your payment gateway service provider in case of direct debit for whatever reason.
6. BMC, It's employees, it's vendors will not be held liable if your payment is declined.
